Thank you for visiting and shopping at Weapon Shield Australia. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All efforts are made to ship same day of order if received before 2:00PM of that day. All orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt, excluding weekends. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Australia Post is our preferred method of shipment as Weapon Shield CLP Gun Oil is non-toxic, non-hazardous and non-flammable and is not classed as a dangerous good under the Dangerous Goods Act.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and text to the specified mobile number once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Costs for items above 5Kg may vary depending on location. Prices quoted are an average based on historical data. Remote and regional areas we recommend using the local post office for delivery and collection to minimise costs. Freight costs can be quoted by emailing your request to admin@weaponshield.com.au
Bulk items for delivery nationally within 3 days are via Fed-Ex, StarTrack and Tamex (NSW Only). Prices are quoted separately upon request or recommended once order size and location are received. Using local delivery depots for collection is recommmneded to minimise freight costs in regional areas. Delivery to domestic residence may incur additional delivery fees.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We monitor tracking where we can and will contact the affected agency if your package is not received within 10 days.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost once delivery is confirmed shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at admin@weaponshield.com.au to file a claim
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, photo will be required to asses your claim. If evidence suggest the package maybe damaged or a leak has occurred a photos of the package prior to opening and again once opened are required.
